They don't honor the mileage warranty on their tires, so dont bother getting the more expensive tires, they don't last long. They will try to get you to buy 4 new tires after just buying a new set 9 months ago, with 20k miles on the tires. Most of the workers there treat women like they're dumb, so bring a man with you I guess...Wait time is also way too long imo, might be due to the fact that you can see the workers/mechanics screwing around a lot.

I was with my family on a trip when we noticed a nail sticking out on my front driver’s wheel. We took it to this location and they made me feel welcome and accommodated us walking in (despite being crazy busy ) without an appointment. I have never had an experience like that before and i highly rate their service, customer service and the nice gentleman (Carl?!) who helped out immensely. I would not to go another tire place again.

First time I have been here. Brought in a tire from my boat trailer that had gone flat. They fixed it in less than 5 min! Great service :)

The service here was amazing. Got everything fixed, in and out the same day. Very honest about what needs to be done, and what can wait. Very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience at Tires Plus. The staff repeatedly walked past us and ignored us when we arrived. One worker was especially rude, he yelled at me and called me over aggressively to move my vehicle instead of politely explaining where to park. He also kept arguing with us. We had an appointment at 3 PM, but when we got there, they said they were busy and it would be around 4:30–5. When we checked again at 5, another worker said it likely wouldn’t be anytime soon. When I expressed frustration about our time being wasted, the same rude worker started arguing again instead of resolving the issue. Overall, poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a complete disregard for customers’ time.
